How much does storage cost?

We will also meet or beat any local competitor's rate. Come in and get a great rate that is right for you.

What are the types of units I can choose from?

 We have a wide variety of sizes to suit different needs. You are welcome to call us or visit us and we will be happy to help you find a storage space that works for you. We have both indoor and outdoor storage for vehicles. We also offer heated units . You can drive right up to your storage unit.

 
Do you offer RV/boat/car/motorcycle parking? 

Yes, both indoor and outside storage. We have very limited space for RVs, please call ahead.

Can I park my work truck or trailer in the compound overnight?

Yes, this way you can be assured that your equipment is safe and off the street. You can also leave your car with us during the day for convenience.

Do I  need to reserve a storage unit?

It makes your move in easier, however we usually have storage units available  even for last moment move-ins.

What do I need to rent a unit?

Your name, address, phone number and a lock. We also sell heavy duty locks 

How can I make payments on my storage unit?

Flexible payment methods- E transfers, MasterCard, Visa, American express, debit/interact, cash, check, EFT

 

What is the minimum period I can rent an unit for?

We have daily rates, monthly and annual rates, you can stay as long as you like.               

 
Do you have storage insurance?

We do not make anyone buy content insurance, but please check with your homeowner’s insurance company to insure coverage on your belongings, otherwise you are not covered.

When can I access my storage unit? 

365 days a year. Our gate has an access code that you can use to access your storage from 6:30 am to 9:30 pm. If you need to access your unit outside of these hours, please call our office to make arrangements.

Do I need to give you notice when I move out?

We appreciate advanced notice, but definitely let us know when you have moved out, otherwise you may be unnecessarily charged. Also please insure that the unit you used is completely cleaned out and you remove the lock or you may be charged for continuing to occupy the space.

Where can I find boxes and moving supplies?

We carry a wide variety of boxes and moving supplies.

I am moving. Where can I rent a truck to transport my belongings?

We rent trucks, trailers, and vans. We may also be able to help you find movers.

Do you have handcarts, dollies  or ramps that I can use? 

We have utility dollies, furniture dollies and appliance dollies that can be rented for a small fee.

You can check at the office if you need ramps or a dolly to move items in or out of your storage unit.

We also have a courtesy trailer available for move ins. 
 

What security measures do you have?

-Grounds are Monitored by video surveillance

-On-site manager 24/7

-Coded gate that monitors and admits clients only.

-6 - 8 ft double fenced yard

-Night security measures

SELF-STORAGE 101
  • Only you have access and anyone you have added to your rental contract

  • The Office is open weekdays and Saturday 8:30am to 5:00pm

  • You have access to your storage after hours using your gate code

  • Gate locks down at 10:00pm, and opens each morning at 6:30 am,

    • If you need access outside those hours, call ahead to make arrangements, we can be flexible,

  • We don’t carry insurance on contents, check with your home owner policy holder to see if you are already covered. ( some  credit cards may include coverage )

  • Your move in date is your payment due date.

    • If you need a different payment date, that can be arranged

  • It’s important to keep your contact information up to date

    • If we can't contact you and your account is delinquent your goods can be sent to auction​

  • Don’t store food, perishables, explosives, flammables, drugs

  • We do not lock you into long leases. You can get daily, monthly or annual rates.
